Approach
At Metro Centre, the Owings Mills Metro Station is located directly on-site, with more than 1.2 million riders exiting annually. To assure the safety and security of the campus, while also providing fast and convenient access for authorized personnel, the property management enterprise selected MaxiForce Removable Bollards, model MRRP-RS1-R.
“Some of the bollards are located onsite in the alleys between commercial and residential buildings and are often removed for move-ins, move-outs or deliveries,“ shares the General Manager of David S. Brown Enterprises. “We have chosen to use MaxiForce Bollards because of their flawless design and durability, but also because they allow for authorized personnel to move them easily when needed.”
Conclusion
MaxiForce was able to meet all client requirements quickly and efficiently. A customized removable bollard solution was created according to the client's briefing and bollards colored in sleek Bengal Black were installed in designated areas across Metro Centre.
“We used the MaxiForce Bollards because they are a durable and flexible solution; they feature a great design and they are customizable for different height applications.” — David S. Brown Enterprises
